Remunera's B2B payment and management platform
Remunera’s comprehensive, digital end-to-end solution enables various business services for the B2B prepaid market in “closed-loop” merchant networks. The platform has been designed for private organizations and public institutions interested in allocating funds to beneficiaries, whilst ensuring that they are spent for a specific purpose at designated merchant networks.
The platform is provided through Remunera operating subsidiaries in Software as a Service mode (SaaS). The architecture of the platform supports country-specific localization and compliance with local laws and regulations, integrates with a wide array of financial networks, and is able to operate in various business models for B2B closed-loop business services.

How it works
Corporations allocate and prepay funds for the benefit of employees. Employees then use magnetic cards or a mobile application to purchase goods and services at affiliated merchants as well as to receive promotions from merchants.
Remunera processes and verifies all transactions and transfers the payments to merchants.
Corporations use the platform’s engagement channel to communicate with employees about benefits, while merchants use the engagement channel to promote their products and services.
Multiple services platform
Remunera’s solution is an end-to-end system that manages the flow and content of the plans and programs between all parties involved in the service: corporations, merchants and beneficiaries. It comprises two main subsystems — transactional and engagement, upon which various services are built.
The transactional subsystem handles all transaction processing including validation, corporate policy verification, employee budgets, merchant agreements, billing, and funds settlement.
The engagement subsystem is a communication channel that enables corporates to communicate with and engage their employees on various issues. Merchants use the engagement channel to offer promotions and discounts to beneficiaries.
